I love buffalo wild wings! Their variety of yummy sauces are perfect.Wednesday nights are the time to go, unlimited wings! But they tend to have slow service, not that I mind. After the first batch of wings they come pretty fast

What can I say. In not a chain restaurant guy. But every now and then you need tried and true consistent wings, beer and service. BWW has yet to let me down.

Sigh. Why do I torture myself with the poor service at BWW?? Sports on big screen TVs are my weakness. When I travel to small Midwestern towns, dining options are slim. But I do expect decent customer service. Seems to me that sub standard service within the BWW organization IS the standard. If you like long waits for your food or having your order messed up (how hard is it to bring naked tenders with Asian zing and a salad?!) this place is for you. They brought me the wrong food order 3 times and had to repeatedly ask me what I ordered. Very frustrating and my stomach was not happy. Apparently this happens often because many people around my table had the same issues. I actually overheard one lady state repeatedly that she wasn't in a hurry and it was ok that they kept messing up her order. Why must she apologize for their poor customer service? Grrr.... I travel a lot for work and although I do love my combo of chicken and sports I may have to give up BWW. Dinner should be relaxing and non stressful. Sadly I'm not experiencing that at BWW.

Pretty disappointed. Fire alarm going off for 20 minutes, but didn't have to vacate. Then after waiting 45 min after oredering received food. When food showed up it was cold. Not wanting to wait another 45 min we are. Upon receiving our bill I was even more disappointed. I have to ask, why do you nickel and dime your patrons. 60¢ for condiments and the kicker 25¢ for olives/beer. Seriously set your prices so I don't see this on my receipt. I assume next you will be charging for napkins.

I've been to BDubs many times in my life. The food is always the same (I do love the wings) but the service various way too much per location. This particular location had terrible customer service. I've worked as a server for 5+ years in my life and have never spoken like they did in front of customers. The bartender was immediately rude and was very short with us (all we wanted was 2 beers). Then, one of the woman servers came over and was talking to the bartender. They were talking about how they wanted to tell one of their customers to f&*k off, right in front of us. The bartender messed up her drink and apparently that warranted them thinking they could give this kind of service. Its a typical sports bar but greater service would greatly benefit this location.

I'm from California, visiting. came into bww cuz I wanted to dine in at a local joint. this place was pretty big. it had 2 stories, although I didn't make it upstairs. it had like a 'mancave' theme to it. there were framed sports jerseys everywhere! from mike miller to Adam vinatari. all of the small city greats that made it to play professionally. there were also about 50 tvs along with few projection screens. there were also game machines. one that I particularly liked; the claw machine! I am so good at it. spent some time there while I was waiting on my food and won 2 stuffed animals in an instant! the food was on point! nothing too impressive than California. I love wings in anyway. I subbed out my fries for wedges Smothered in melted cheese. fantastic. the service was perfect. nothing to complain about there. wat really took me by surprise was how big it was. it's the only bww in town. I hear this place attracts a huge audience on gameday. all in all, I'd go here agen the very next day if my stay wasn't so short.

I love their food. Only downside is the price. They are spendy on everything from wings to drinks. Staff is friendly enough too. They do get over crowded in which they will be building a third one on the East side of town which is awesome. Over all it's a fun place for groups. Just leave the kids at home.

Yet another average bw3, wings done well Didn't stock many of the beers on menu, I was told it was a corporate menu. Bartender was decent and provided normal service. I guess I would go back

I've always been on the fence with BWW. Their wings are pretty good but they're so darn expensive for no reason. I would go twice as often if it weren't $10 for a Mcdonald's happymeal sized portion of meat. Every time we go it's $20/person and we leave hungry. My favorite flavors are asian zing and parmesan garlic.

Never really had a bad thing to say about BWW. They have a decent beer selection for a franchise, the sauces have something for everything and the sports bar atmosphere is always friendly. A good go to when looking for some place familiar to eat at.

Not a bad place to eat but very loud (it's a sports bar so of course). Usually we order take out because it's always busy. They have a problem getting orders correct. Usually we get something mixed up or missing. They are supposed to check each box for takeout but they rarely do (usually have to check in the car). The food has gotten much better since they opened.

It's gotten better. Still not 100%, but they got rid of crappy management so it's a lot easier to be satisfied.

This really isn't my kind of place (I'm really not into sports, hence I don't frequent sports bars, and I tend to not be very excited about the prospect of eating some bar food that was trendy in the 90s), so I was very pleasantly surprised by the delightful experience I had here. We actually got a rather large order (slightly over 50 wings, on 60-cent-per-wing Thursdays) on a to-go basis, but we sat and had a drink while we waited (I got a Long Island Iced Tea on special for just three dollars), and also wound up munching on complimentary tortilla chips & salsa. Our waitress was EXTREMELY good (we're talking top-notch service; she even recommended the Caribbean Jerk wings to me...more on those later). And frankly, she was also quite easy on the eyes (always a nice bonus in a server). But if she looked like Quasimodo, I'd still be very impressed with her waitressing skills. Once we got home, the food was much better than I had anticipated. The Caribbean Jerk wings were AMAZING. They're made with cloves and various other seasonings, and oh man, are they good! My fiancee and I also had the Jammin' Jalapeno, Mango Habanero, and Asian Zing wings; all were very good. And at 60 cents per wing, we got a great value for our money! Her son had some other flavors, and also reported them to be excellent. I loved this place, and will definitely be back. If I had to say something negative about it, well, I guess there are too many video screens. I found it distracting and somewhat alienating. But one of the video screens allowed you to play a sort of barroom trivia game via a handheld, WiFi electronic device that could be utilized free-of-charge, so even that negative aspect still had an upside. We'll probably get our food to-go in the future, due to my not being a real big fan of the sports bar ambiance, but if that's your thing, then I can scarcely think of a better place to go. And I'd recommend the food to nearly anyone. The wings we got were all fairly "hot"/spicy, but they have others that are not.

So I'm about to leave BWW Louise location. This was atrocious customer service. We have a table of 11 and were served upon by approximately five different waiters and the manager on duty. The service was incredibly slow and a couple of our orders got mixed up. Our entire table waited after food was brought to the table at least ten minutes for silverware. The only reason we got any was because we asked the manager. We then asked for our bills. That was at least another 10-15 minute wait. I don't suggest visiting this location in Sioux Falls. Visit the Arena location instead. The only thing they got right was bringing out a dessert for the man being deployed to Afghanistan with our group. At least they support the military.

I had not been to Buffalo Wild wings for a few years so I thought it was about time to have some wings. We went to the newest location in Sioux Falls that opened about a year ago. We were seated promptly and the waitress came and took our drink orders quickly. With so many things on the menu it took a few minutes for us to decide what flavor and quantity of wings we wanted. The wings were good as were the onion rings. Everything was good. The only negative was the waitress did not mention to us the special of the night, which we discovered after we were about 1/2 finished. I would give the food 4 stars and the waitress 2 stars, hence the overall 3 star rating.

YUMMM! Sorry for everyone's bad experience here but I thought it was great! So many options but of course, I came here for the wings after my B/F was baffled that I never heard of Buffalo Wild Wings. We got the Caribbean Jerk and Hot flavored boneless wings and it was SO good! The wings were drenched in the sauce and had the perfect amount of flavor and zing. The hot was hot enough so that you can feel yourself burning but can still finish your basket. The caribbean jerk was my favorite as it was a mixed of spicy with a hint of sweet. Since I was there, I also had to try the fried pickles! Nothing too special but it was a nice mix of what I usually get for appetizers. Since it was also my birthday, I also got to choose from a dessert... they (un)fortunately didn't sing as much as my B/F tried to make them but the rich, thick slice of chocolate cake and ice cream definitely made up for it. Gotta come back!!

Good food. Wings aren't as good as hooters. I wish they had one in Sioux Falls. Service was ok. Waitress was nice and attentive but kitchen service was slow.

Unfortunately not as good as the original one on West Ave. Been here 2 times so far. First time, shortly after opening, wait staff was way under trained and had several foul ups with the two different orders at our table..they also didn't know what beers they all had..food was very slow coming out and was very little sauce on the wings. 2nd time was an arrival at 11:45 and didn't get food until 12:40 and still they forgot one of the 8 orders (mine). Food was cold and boneless wings had very little sauce on them. Did receive 50% off the ticket...but I don't think that's enough to bring me back. Downstairs is also very loud. If your going to go, I would recommend upstairs and be prepared to wait for a mediocre meal.

I've been here with friends from work and for some reason we decided to go back. The service was slow, orders have been wrong and/or cold, one friend had a beer spilled all over her coat with no apology from the server, a windsor/coke was delivered with no coke and every time there were issues with the tickets being wrong. This place will probably do well in spite of itself due to the location but do yourself a favor and go to the one on West.

We tried it on a Saturday afternoon when it wasn't too busy. We were seated promptly but after 10 minutes of noone coming to serve us, I went up to a waitress to get some help. She did apologize and took out order. We did get out food quickly and she was attentive after that. My black bean burger was very dry around the edges and we didn't receive the fries and side salad when our food was first brought out. As we were ready to go, we found a hair on the inside of the beer glass my husband was drinking out of. We didn't see a manager that our waitress said would be out to talk to us so we paid out full price bill and left. I like the old location better for overall experience so far and hopefully this location will get better with time.
